  • Training & mentoring the Freshers on Real Estate Concepts.

  • Train the abstractors & reviewers on any new project requirements / Client Updates.
  • Provide continuous & unbiased feedback to the team tracking the individual Quality.
  • Identifying the AOI’s and try to do process improvements / train the abstractors to bridge the gaps.
