Asset Summary Reports are a set of reports that helps strengthen the due-diligence process and provide the management / lender with the summary of all crucial aspects of the borrower and the property and help them take informed decisions. Sybrant prepares these reports with the following:

While preparing the Asset Summary Reports we prepare a checklist for all the required documents. We abstract all the leases and financial information is populated in the client specified excel model. A detailed analysis of the property, its neighborhood, market and third-party reports are performed along with all other material points are considered and incorporated in the report. We also perform SWOT Analysis on the property, borrower and loan with our many years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate. We create various reports including cash flow, tenant roll-over, operating income expenses etc.
